I used to play Burnout PCE Drag Racing and today at Wal-Mart I saw a pc
game called Hot Rod American Street Drag. It looked interesting, but at
forty bucks I thought I'd better see if it's any good. I've checked some
websites for it, but they seem to be in German. Has anyone tried this
game, oreven heard of it? The software company is ValuSoft.
thanks, Foghat

Just read a short review on a dutch site:

http://tinyurl.com/l3bl

This is the score they gave it:

Gameplay : 20/60
Graphics : 11/20
Sound : 12/20

Total 43

They're probably right, the game looks like junk anyway, IMHO. I'd think
twice before spending $40 on it.

If you can find it still grab a copy of NHRA Main Event. The fuel car side
isn't all that great due to some serious controller problems, but the Pro
Stock side is a blast.  Granted its not the sportsman side of racing like
PCE was, but its still a lot of fun.  Online play was fun too if the servers
are still running.  You may not find it in a game store, but I see it in car
part stores often, and I think you could order it from Jegs too.
