I'm having trouble accelerating with the rest of the AI cars at 'Dega
playing Nascar1. I've tried shortening up the first through third gears
but on restarts I fall about 2 seconds behind the rest of the pack on
the first lap. I have the opponent strength set at 99%.
Thanks for any advice.
The way the Nascar 1 program is setup, the AI cars at Talladega don't have
an acceleration disadvantage because the sim says they don't have a
restrictor plate, but they can't run as fast due to your strength setting
and the default RELS setting. I've frustrated over the same thing for 10
months and I can't figure it out either.
