Talladega setup -help?

I know people dont like giving away setup secrets but I seem to be struggling to get
a combination of speed and stability on Talladega track in Nascar.  I have used
advice from this group on Bristol (which goes like a rocket and handle great!) and
found some more setups in a magazine but I really need help on Talladega. Please,
please please if anyone can help it would be much appreciated!
