I have the patch to get the dos version of ICR2 to work in windows but have
never seen one for the first ICR.

not that I am aware of...you should be able to do a dos boot and run it
that way, but first you have to configure your soundcard to put it's
soundblaster compatibility module on IRQ 5 or 7.
And of course, only analog joysticks/wheels will work, no USB or digital
controller will operate in dos.

The game I was referring to came out after this......it's just called
"Indycar Racing" and had about 7 of the tracks that the Cart cars run
on......an expansion pack came out after this that had the rest of the
tracks. Spent ages driving full races at Milwaukee, Laguna Seca and
Cleveland Airport.

Anyone had any luck running it on W2000? I enjoy this game and
noticed that there are Web site which have added some of the more
current CART venues. I thought about loading it and adding the new
tracks.
