F1C - 1994 Williams MOD, how do I activate it ?

Hi,

I have installed 1994 Williams [http://www.racesimcentral.net/]
into SeasonData/Vehicles/Williams by creating 1994_FW16 folder.

How do I activate this car in the game so that I can drive it ?
