I'd have to go with IGPS.  Of course, I'm considerably biased, but you
did ask.  While IGPS is no longer accepting driver applications, you
still might want to stop by the web page and check us out.  

The current season is half over and is comprised of the best drivers
around (note that "best" doesn't necessarily mean "fastest"). Drivers who
participated in the season will be given the chance to receive a free CD
containing the final web page for the season, as well as all replays from
the events.
