Rally Trophy-How to Install Cars? BZF Manager

Since I can't get Mobile Rally working I decided to try my old copy of
Rally Trophy.  I found some newer cars that I would like to try...but
can't figure out how to use the BZF Manager to install the .RTP files.
Anyone able to give me a 'how to' ?
