F1 SIM repairs - can anyone help?

by John Mcilro » Sun, 24 May 1998 04:00:00

Got a well-loved F1 Sim but it's broken :-(
The metal clip that attaches the bottom of the pedal unit to the spring has
broken on both the accelerator and brake. Has anyone else had this problem
and is there a suitable (and readily available) alternative?
I contacted Digital Edge who were, frankly, hopeless. They murmured
something about the F1 Sims being built in Greece and a four-week wait for
a replacement clip. Like it's around 10p worth!

Can anyone help?

John,

We have one of those pedal units, which piece is it that you need? We
can easily make one and mail it to you, email me with more details, OK?
