Because the novice car is the wimpy low power trainer. If you want the more
meaty sound, then just use the grand prix car.

GPL supports 1024x768 resolution with every Voodoo2 card...

Multiply these:
bytes per pixels (2)
Number of pixels horizontal
Number of pixels vertical
Number of frame buffers
This should add up to some amount of Megabytes. This is not including
the memory needed for the textures.
