Logitech Wing Man GP USB problem

I all of a sudden have no force feed.
The only thing I can think I have done is change my Video drivers from
nvidia 12.4 to the new 21.   series.
I have no forcefeed in any games whatsoever.
Downloaded the Wingman 4.0 stuff and it didn't help.
Any ideas would sure be appreciated.

have you got the power pluged in?  and is FF turned on in the
game controllers... - properties?
