In addition to the first Indycar add-on pack which will have Phoenix and
the remaining road courses, the second IndyCar add-on pack will have the
Indianapolis 500 and a couple utilities including a car paint kit. Papyrus
confirmed on Compuserve Indy will be in the second add-on pack. These are
both supposed to be available by the end of the month.

I'm going to the big-show, so I'm really hoping they have it out by then as
I'd like to take a few laps before going. Definetly increases one's
perspecitive.

Did they mention anything about machine requirements of Indianapolis?
If I remember correctly one track in that road track pack took 6-8 megs of
RAM (Elkhart Lake), I hope Indy will work on 4 megs.

Anyway, it looks like I wont be having problems deciding what games to
buy in near future;-)  Both ICR addons and Harpoon II planned to be
released at the end of this month...

While I appreciate the strive for realism that I see going on here, I
don't see the connection between that and the F1GP simulator.  Granted,
there is a minor AI thing that allows for it, but I think it would be
easier to wait until a simulator actually REQUIRES such in depth study
into physics before doing so on this newsgroup.

And what about the IndyCar track packages? Is that cool or what? :) :)  I
can't wait for Indianapolis in those wonderful polygon graphics!
