: Hi
:
: Have been "fiddling" around for a couple of hours or so. Very
: impressed and just about able to get SVGA to work on my DX4/100
: (Display - kerbs, fences, verges, Mirror - track, 15 fps.)
: However, one problem/bug that I think I have found is that
: the datlog analysis shows all my wheelspin data mapping directly on
: top of the speed data (give or take a small amount). This is surely
: wrong? The reason I wanted to see the wheelspin log is I managed to
: do a spin turn so wanted to see what it looked like from the data
: point of view!
: Anyone see the same thing or have I done something wrong?
:
: Al
I believe the wheelspin datalogger is actually a wheel-speed datalogger.
I too was fiddling with it to find out if I had understeer or oversteer.
It says in the manual that spikes to the bottom are lockups and spikes
to the top is wheelspin. Also you can see which direction a turn was
(ie. the left wheelspeed was higher than the right wheelspeed, the turn
was to the left).
-Dennis.
