F1 2002 - Race: Skip circuit intro and grid walk?

Is there any way to completely skip the circuit introduction and grid walk
when starting or re-starting a race in F1 2002?

This is my only complaint so far from an otherwise exceptional package.

Yes, that works in F12001, so hopefully it should work in F12002 too.

remove the "no_me_j." and "sons.of." parts before replying

You can also edit your .plr file, changing the 1 to a 0 below for
various race weekend types:

GPRIX Grid Walkthrough="1"

Where is the .plr file? I did a search and have looked , but cannot find it.

In the Save folder under your player name.
