And these are supposedly humorous insults, are they ?
I'll bet you are quite the wittiest person at the country club.

Computer generated insults.
Is this the high point of all your PC experience, or the low ?
Be honest now.

Trying to stop RASCAR from posting on RAS is a high or low point for
you? Be honest now.

Don't underestimate the ferocity of British taunting! :)

.

How exactly have I tried to stop anyone from doing anything apart from
personally putting a small filter on the word RASCAR. ? I was under the
impression that these filters only affected the users news reader. If I
managed to block all *your* RASCAR posts from being read, I'm so sorry !

You aligned yourself with the movement that argued RASCAR posts didn't
belong here!

This you quite clearly did when you uttered thus in reply to Redmist:

> Thanks for throwing some fuel on the fire.  Hoping to see some big
> explosions were we?  Most of us had finally given up beating our heads
> against the wall and implemented a filter and now someone decides to use

"Ditto."

Sorry if you have forgotten what you wrote, but that's your problem. But
anyway, it's clear that you reluctantly set up a filter, while
preferring there to be no RASCAR posts at all!

You are hallucinating.
Where the f*** do I say I don't want any RASCAR posts at all ?
Are you mixing up your pills again ?

You said 'ditto' and agreed with everything redmist said. He said he'd
given up beating his head against the wall (trying to argue that RASCAR
posts don't belong in RAS, which was his stance on the subject) and had
implemented a filter.

What part of his post were you agreeing with when you dittoed it? Just a
part of it or all of it?

If you are going to agree with someone's post you might like to read
what they have written before doing so!

I replied directly to this post...not any others that he(redmist) may have
made.

"Thanks for throwing some fuel on the fire.  Hoping to see some big
explosions were we?  Most of us had finally given up beating our heads
against the wall and implemented a filter and now someone decides to use
R*SC*R in the heading.  Nice work"

So for the simpletons in the class, that means I dittoed his view that after
putting a filter in place to block any more RASCAR posts appearing in MY
newsreader, someone uses "R*SC*R" to deliberately circumvent  those of us
who had filtered the subject.

Next reply to you will be in crayon.

So if you weren't agreeing with the, "Most of us had finally given up
beating our heads against the wall...", why did you include it in your
post?

That would have to be in HTML, which is not allowed in this newsgroup!

BTW, I find this trip through your mind as illuminating as a 3 watt
bulb!
