LFS Dedicated Host?

Does the Dedicated Host feature work?
I've been able to do a standard host from behind a firewall, and even
join a multi-player server with both of my machines simultaneously,
but when I run a dedicated host with the same settings (and Dedicated
Host 1 config line), nobody joins and the game isn't visible from my
other machine.

I only get the "Multiplayer" and "Options" tabs on dedicated like the
web site says I should, but when I go into the track selection, there
is no GO button next to the number of laps. I think maybe I'm not
truly starting the game.

It works. The "Go" button only appears when somebody click his "join race"
button.
You dont need the "Go" button though. When everyone that has "joined race"
have pressed "Ready", the race starts. And if the majority has clicked
"restart race" or "end race", the server will do that.

The only thing the clients cant do, is select the amount of laps, and choose
track.
