Howdy, im Pez, used to post here, still run GPL occasionaly, ran IICC a
while back, now playing and admining N2002.

I hear these RASCAR races are pretty cool, mind if i attend a few?

forgot to mention that i have no preferred car number (sometimes race car
101), and as i cant paint i have no car file.

The server name is epickett, the password is RAS, the carfiles and some
additional chat are at

Go to the RASCAR roster page and pick a number that's not already
listed.

If you want a car, I have several available. With car numbers that
aren't already in use. For instance the number 9 isn't used yet, and I
have two cars available with that car number on it. That would be the
best and fastest way to get your car file straightened out.

After you've picked a number and come up with a car file, register on
the rascar forum here:

http://forum.racesimcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=142

and post a message with your car file attached.

The races start at 4pm eastern time. You must be logged into sierra,
and look for the "epickett" server. The password is "ras".

Well, it turns out that someone elase has already picked one of the
coors cars (but I don't know which one yet) and the number 9.

No worries, though, there's pleanty of choices left.

You can slap any old car in for me.... I normally use the #133 coke car, but
I'm not too particular.... I'm moving to another town next month and after
that gets all squared away I will design a nice one.

Well, once you pick a number, it's yours forever (or until you quit).
If I give you a pre-painted car, I *PROMISE* you won't get a 3-digit
number because I don't like 'em.

Before I give you a chance to give me a car number, I'll assign you one
(ecause I already have a car painted with that number on it.

From this point forward, you are driving the #10 car - at this time,
it's painted like the #10 Purolator car Derrick Cope drove in 1990.

I will rename the file "10_a_pez.cup.car", and will upload it to the
forum (you should already have the URL) in the next few minutes.

When/if you do get around to painting your own car (or having one done
for you), be sure to use the same filename and car number.
