ICR2 - heading for the pits

Hi,

Is there a way to tell your pit crew not to put any fuel in.  Now I hit
F3 and round up to the next gallon.  It seems like there should be
something to select like you do with the tires, but I just haven't found
it.  It makes sense to me that a no fuel pit option should be there.

Thanks...

After  you hit the F3 button,
you can only use the  "<" ">" keys on your keyboard to increase or decrease the
amount of fuel you desire. It will always start at 40 gallons.  If you forget
to change the amount of fuel you want, you will get 40 gallons.
But, for  example, if you have 5.85 gallons in the tank and you dont want any
fuel, you can only decrease the amount of fuel they put in (using the < and >
keys) to 6 gallons.

Does this mean that they'd give you 40 gallons even if it was only 10 to go?
Phew, that'd smell.

Yes, if you forget to change the amount of fuel,,,you will automatically get 40

So I guess there's no way of asking for NO fuel to be added!

Well yes and no...    ;-)

If you per example have 22gallons of fuel on the lap before you pit, you can
choose to fill it to 22gallons. You can't go below.  But since your doing a
full lap you will have probably like 21.2 gallons, or 20gals left.  This
means that you need to readjust when you enter the pits if you don't want
fuel to be added.

If you got 21.2gals you can't make the fuel lower than 22, so they will add
0.8gals of fuel.  No time consuming, and it's not a "big" difference ;)

Take that extra fuel "just in case" hehe.
