SB2K1 Force Feedback

I just installed SB2K1 and can't get Force Feedback activated.  I use an
LWFF in conjunction with TSW pedals, and have tried swapping ID's
between the 2 controllers in Windows Control Panel Advanced options..
Although either setting can be used to control steering, accelration,
etc, FF is greyed-out in each setting.  ....And yes, FF is activated on
the LWFF.

I didn't have this problem with SB2K.  Any thoughts on what could be
wrong?
