How do they match up with the default carset? i.e. if I drop Rusty's
Miller car in the mix will he suddenly be dragging along at the rear? Or
are the ai ratings intact?

That is a very good question, because I know in N4 they would end up being
backmarkers from the Pitwagon alot of times.
