Hi All

Is there a way to turn off damage in GPL in the "Grand Prix" mode?

Thanks

You can run GP length races by either editing your GP or 67 season.ini files
(Can't remember which one or whether you have to do both, from memory). Go
to GPL/seasons folder and open these files. You will see that each track has
an entry  like this

[Event1]
name=South African Grand Prix
shortname=South African GP
trackDirectory=kyalami
month=1
day=2
numberOfLaps=80
startingGrid=4

A long race is around 30% of a GP distance so by increasing the 80 lap GP
entry above to around 240 laps you would be able to run a GP distance with
limited damage when selecting intermediate long. My league, the GPVL,  does
this all the time so that we can run 50% GP races for For F2 events  Hope
this helps.

There is a small utility that you can dl and use to change the length
of a race.  You could try running a GP length race under no-damage
novice settings, etc.
