N2002 Paint Guide?

Any guides for painting cars in n2002? I remember somebody posting somewhere
that you haveto turn texture compression off for it to export/import but i
cant see where to do that and the small amount of corruption to the textures
is annoying when working hard to get sharp looking paint

[Paintkit]
save_textures_with_compression=1

Change the one to a zero.  Keep in mind that this will almost TRIPLE the
size of your car file.

What file is that in, doesnt seem to be in app, core, or paint.ini?
