Alison Hine has been good enough to publish my latest (and probably last)
setup guide--Steve Smith's Secrets of Online Setups--on her site:

you think (I'm already swaddled in Nomex).  If the response is more puzzled
than anything else, I may conduct an Setup Clinic online in a couple of
weeks, after you've had a chance to practice *not* nailing the throttle,
probably at the O'ring, which benefits more than most from the techniques I
describe.
