Nascar coverage. Who was better ?

This discussion came up at work today, so i'll ask here too.(sorry if its
been hashed here already)
 In yer opinion, who had better coverage of Winston Cup racing in 2001 ?
Personally, i thought Fox had better coverage. NBC seemed dry in comparison
even though they had Benny. Fox also had more delay time to fill if i
remember correctly. Too bad they cant get Benny and Darryl in the same booth
together.
 I also cant stand the new Metallica, so maybe NBC's "Fuel" theme song
rubbed me the wrong way too. :) Either that, or their refusal to say the
word "Lowe's". Sic em', Humpy, sic em' !!!!

And Darryl should take over from Mike Helton.

He was the only one who spoke his heart about the Dale tragedy.

  FOX, no ifs, ands, or buts.  Agreed about the music.   The New
Nascar..........pfffft  :)

I really did not like some of the gimmicks Fox used such as "Rev it UP" and
excessive use of
(IMO) silly looking graphics. Other then that they did OK. DW and Benny
would make a good broadcast team.

Was "rev it up" when they would shut up for a lap or two to allow you to
crank the volume on your TV?  Probably not but who wouldn't like that??!!
