This is something I seem to get a lot of on my home brew setups. I'm
not
sure exactly why the car does it. It seems some sort of roll/pitch
coupling
is occuring. After farting around with most of the setup options, I've
found a few things that seem to help.
Reduce bump dampers.
Increase rebound dampers.
Increase roll bar stiffness. (Seems to mask the symptoms, not a real
cure.)
Soften the front springs.
In you're running negative front toe in, try a few clicks front toe-in
instead.
Set the car setup steering ratio _higher_ for less response.
Move the steering linearity setting toward the non-linear end.
In core.ini, set:
[ Hack ]
steer_ratio = 0 ; Enable low speed ratio
