I run GPL fine on my PIII GeForce DDR SBlive system. Currently I'm using the
7.58 detonators but the 6.50's I used to use work fine also but not with
FSAA. I do recomend the 7.58's as although not quite as quick as 6.50 (you'd
never notice the very small differecnce anyway) as they work fine with evey
game I've tried and the FSAA works great even at 1280x1024. Having FSAA
swithed on with the 6.50's and some other drivers causes some stange
graphical effects which might be what you're experinceing so swith FSAA off.
I use a little program called GeForce AA set which sits in your toolbar from
where you can easily set the FSAA on or off. All the other display
properties should work fine maxed out.
This is my core.ini if it helps.
