N2: Problem with TM GP1 & Pentium 300.

Hi,

We have N2 on a Compaq Pentium II 300.  We are trying to use
Thrustmaster's GP1 and are unable to calibrate the levers while
in N2.  We can calibrate them fine in WIN95 but the game doesn't
recognize the levers.
We have the GP1 model which supposedly does not require the
adaptor.

  Any ideas?

Thanks

Ed

Here's a suggestion, go into the NASCAR2 directory and delete the
following files:

CALIB.VAL
CONTROLS.CFG

Now restart N2 and try calibrating the GP1 wheel/levers.

Also take a look at Sierra's website.  They have three (as i recall) patches
for N2.  One of these deals with joystick calibration and worked on a number
of machines here.
