downloaded GPLDemo and it was buggy and ran slowish on my amd k62-400
w/196Msdram monster II.
Is it just the demo?
does the full game act better?
just loaded nr1999 and it does great..
should i buy GPL?

What exactly do you mean by 'slowish'?  I get 25-30 fps on a P2 350, Matrox
Mill G200 8MB, 64MB SDRAM.  I also have a patch that lets me select the G200
as a 3d accelerator..BTW, anyone know if it is past 0.1 yet?????

Just make sure your 3dFX is selected as the 3d accelerator.
