need opinions on CH Products Pro Pedals

I'm thinking of purchasing CH product's Pro Pedals and am wondering what the
fine readers of this newsgroup think of them for use with driving sims?
Druability, ease of use, etc. Also, since I've never seen these in any local
store, how do they work (Do they use one or two joy-stick axes when in the
driving mode? I would assume that they would plug into my flight-stick pro and
then into the joystick port?)

What alternatives are out there; I would use these for flight sims too, so
that's why the Pro Pedals interest me (as compared to thrustmaster's T1
which wouldn't have duel-use potential, or would it?).

thanks in advance!

I've had mine a couple of months and they really work great.  It works
backwards from what you said though.  You plug your joystick into the pro
pedals and then the pro pedals into your joystick port.  It's really
simple.  Comes with good instructions.

The pro pedals are great. I don't know how I got around without them.
One small problem...because they are made for flight sims as well the
pedals pivot back and forth as well as up and down. A couple of small
pices of wood in the slots hold them in place just fine for when I
slam on the brakes to avoid that crash...
PS I heard that CH is coming out with a less expensive version of the
pro pedals that don't pivot front to back. Perfect for racing!!
