My provider is telling me that ISDN 128 is no longer allowed in chat rooms
(such as VROC). I am not so sure this is true and would like the name of
your provider if you can connect.

Well it seems it is only for 128K. 64 works fine.

They should at LEAST have told you WHY...  Besides, I don't see how it's the
'provider's call.  Should be the owner of the chat rooms...

The ISP is probably trying to stop people tying up 2 of their incoming lines
using 128k ISDN when they only actually need 1 at 64k to be in a chat room.
Especially if you don't get charged by the minute for it as we do ;)
