If you have all red races and it says GPL 0.0.0.0 in the bottom status bar
in WinVroc, hit control+o and navigate the path to your GPL folder. Even if
the path looks correct, use the browse button on the right to navigate to
the GPL folder, then restart WinVroc. You should now have green races.

save it as vroc.ini and then restart vroc. you will probably have to go
through the options again...i.e. tell vroc where your gpl install is, your
racing name etc...
