RT, ActLabs woes

I finally got around to installing Rally Trophy.  I am having a hard
time figuring out how to make it recognize my ActLabs ForceRS (serial)
properly.

By default, the car will not move until I first depress the brake
pedal.  After that, pressing the accelerator causes the car to rev and
move forward.  However, if I lift off the gas, the game acts as if I
have slammed on the brakes.

I made some changes to the input.ini file, swapping the positive and
negative values of the y and z axis.  This causes the brake and
accelerator to be reversed.  Braking and acceleration appear to be
normal, just on the wrong pedal.

Stymied,
Gerald

Just swap the values for the brake pedal.  I've just bought this game and
tried it successfully with 3 pedal sets - the original MOMO items that go
with the wheel I've got, the TM NASCAR Pros which are connected thru a
gameport to USB converter in split mode, and the Act-Labs pedals my wife got
me for Christmas - just to make sure they work :-)

Well, what I did was go into the "configuration" screen and assign
brake to my accelerator pedal and vice versa.

Now to attempt to tweak the sensitivity and dead zones.

Bizzare!

At least you got it going - that's the important bit!
