F1RS and Voodoo 3000 Problem

Does anyone have this combo working?

I installed my voodoo 3000 and F1RS runs faster than real time.  I tried
reinstalling with the 1.09 patch and get the same results.  It is more
noticeable in the time attack mode vs race mode.

I suspect I will probably have to upgrade to MGPRS2 if I want this to run
with the voodoo 3000.  I don't play it enough to want to buy the upgrade.
So if thats the case, I guess I'll wait for GP3.
