Given a 486 dx2/66 w/8MB RAM, will the Windows 95 version run at a
faster frame rate than the Dos version (or vica versa). If so, maybe it would
be worth waiting for the Windows 95 version.

Here is hoping each and every version of ICR II has a far
superior frame rate in SVGA mode than the CPU guzzling
seen in Nascar. Somehow I doubt it, that's why I am
holding on to the ICR II receipt with dear life. With
Papyruas and EA sports, you always need hardware that
wont be available until a year after their release.
