Did they finally sort out the problems that were in the 2 demos?

Just to be clear, there really was only one demo. The second was the
same pre-alpha code, just with a different track. Oh and yes, the Win98
problems have been fixed.

yes.. sierra's website initially said of GPL "Windows 95" it was changed to
"Windows" around 3 months ago, obviously as soon as Win98 was out and
widespread..

I was one of the few people who was never able to get
the demo to work consistently on my Windows98 machine
and I am happy to report that the final product runs
great on my computer!

SNAP!

Was real dubious as after the Win98 upgrade I just had uncontrollable, jerky
on screen movement & stuttering sound (Dell 266 PII with onboard Yamaha
chipset) with either demo. However, the actual 'out-of-the-box' game has run
without a single glitch.
