NASCAR Remove Wedge HELP

When the real Winston Cup people mention "remove a round of wedge on the
left rear", how does this translate to us Sim drivers?  I think it means
to take a *** wedge out of the LR.

An example;

     To Correct Push
          - Lower rear spoiler
          - Remove wedge LR

Do we increase/decrease cross weight?

Do we stiffen/soften the LR shock?

NASCAR Remove Wedge HELP

Dan,

What is happening here is the car is loose coming out of the corner. The
weight sfits from the right side to the left side wqhen you come out of the
corner. If you take a  *** wedge out of the LR you end up softening the
springs which will carry the weight better which in turn will make the car
tighter coming out of the corner.

Now when the annoucers state they are taking a round of wedge out of the car
it means 1 of 2 things. If they are putting a round of wesge in the car it
means they are decreasing the cross weight (please correct me if I am wrong)
and when they take a round of wedge out of the LR it means they are
increasing the cross weight.

Did I confuse you more or did I help?

Whenb you tiffen or soften the LR shock you effect the exit of the turn
handling.
