To remove the restrictor plates at Taladega you use the editor (EDIT) in
DOS.
Edit the file TALADEGA.TXT.  Look for the line "SPDWY" and the first
number should be a  1.  Change that 1 to 0 and you'll be doing 200+ MPH
laps.
