Hi everyone. I haven't started working with the Randomizer yet, because
I don't feel qualified to rate all the drivers properly. Would anyone
care to contribute what they feel are realistic ratings to set up the
randomizer with?

I'm looking into this because it seems that the qualifying in NCR2 is
too consistant. Anyone agree?
