Nascar2 driver randomizer

I have the driver randomizer program for Nascar2 that allows you to
add some 'character' to the AI drivers... Problem is, I'm no Nascar
guru so I really don't know what kinds of values to put in for all the
drivers.  Does anyone who uses this utility have a list of values for
it for the Winston Cup drivers that they'd be willing to share?

Have you tried out IWCCCARS' starting grid it is a win95 program.
