ETCC errors installing?

I am running Windows XP (with admin privileges.)  The install of ETCC
appears to work until it gets to the point of "Copying Common Pits File"
and then I get an error about not being able to copy from the
SeasonDate\Circuits\Pits dir to the ETCO3SeasonsData\Circuits\Pits\ dir.
  This is listed as "Error code: 5".  A number of these errors occur
after this one and also when trying to do just about anything else in
the "Setup Utility" screen.

I uninstalled F1C, deleted the EASport directory and did a clean
install.  Then I installed ETCC, yet I get the same error messages.

Anyone else seen this.  Any ideas?

Have a look at http://www.tharollin.de/downloads/ETCC2003Hotfix.exe it might
help.

Yeah the hotfix takes care of it

Have a look at http://www.tharollin.de/downloads/ETCC2003Hotfix.exe it might
help.
