N2: Shifting at Indy

Does anybody else prefer to shift on most laps going into 1 and 3 at
Indy? I have settled on a 3.90 3rd and 3.50 4th gear but am nervous
about shifting on an oval! Does N2 place extra stress on the engine
for repeated red-line shifting?

Further, can anybody suggest a cure for the car oscillating through
the turns. That is, bouncing left and right on the front shocks. I
have tried various settings but this seems a tough track to set up
for.

Setups would of course be appreciated, but please, don't get up tight
about this request. Some of us play for fun and I personally have no
problem using (or donating for that matter) a setup created by
somebody else.
