Indy N2 with right spotter and some fixes: indy.txt

well thx to that one that posted the indy.txt file with spotter. gave me a clue
on how it works, and so here it is: spotter in all 4 turns and down all
straights (first straight, backstraight, shortstraight and final straight).

the allignement behind the pace car is now symmetrical.
pace speed is 70.
one qualifying lap.
green flag comes out quite early (i know), but this was the only chance to keep
the first car accelerating without braking cause of the pace car entering the
pits (btw anyone got an idae how to alter the pits speed of the pace car??).

any suggestions?? help?? errors?? bugs??
e-mail me please

i will try making this for the usa track, if it is in need.
i hate the spotter saying "there is something "down there"" :-)

cu at the brickyard :-)
robert
