SPECIAL FDA VARIANCE FOR LIFETIME CLEANERS.

FDA and the Department of Homeland Defense are actively seeking a safer
replacement for chlorine,
and other hazardous disinfectants.

Presently, the only disinfectants available contain hazardous amounts of
chlorine and/or
other dangerous chemicals. Because large quantities are needed to clean-up
following a biological
attack, hazardous disinfectants present significant health hazards.

They are also environmentally detrimental. Chlorine and other synthetic
disinfectants remain
in the environment for long periods.

Upon learning that lab tests of LifeTime's Multi-Purpose Cleaner indicated
that it
    (1) inhibits or kills specified bacteria,and
    (2) removes mold spores without harm to humans and animals,
FDA spoksman Steven Unger suggested an FDA variance for the product.

The fact that LifeTime Heavy Duty Degreaser easily removes grease, mildew
and mold spores
sparked high interest. Anthrax is usually distributed in oily, hard-to-kill
spores.

Non-hazardous LifeTime cleaners are
    1. safer for humans and animals
    2. highly effective cleaners/degreasers
    3. environmentally safe ("readily biodegradeable")
    4. blended from extracts of plant-based ingredients such as cactus,
corn, grain, grass, trees, etc.,
       plus nonionic surfactants
    5. inexpensive.

Dr. Bill Fulk, Sanibel Island medical doctor explains that the product is
effective in a non-hazardous way
because it emulisfies the lipid proteins on the germ's cellular membrane,
thus inhibiting reproduction.

In a letter to Governor Tom Ridge, Director, Homeland Defense, we offered
test samples and, in this time
of national emergency, to furnish the product to the Department of Homeland
Defense at cost.

Ann and I are pleased that our products may offer another huge benefit to
America.

We give special thanks to Mr. James Little for contacting and explaining the
benefits of the product to
the appropriate members of the FDA and Department of Homeland Defense.

James is a California orange grove rancher who enjoyed a 20% improvement is
crop yield by applying
