3 questions :-)

1) Is it out yet?
2) Can you race with modern TopFuel and FunnyCars? From
the blurbs I saw in CGW it looked like older hotrods.
3) 3dfx support?

Hi!
Is the support for it gonna be any better them the lousy support I
experienced with Xcar? Like many posters here have suggested, wait a
little while before spending your money 'till some folks have had a little
time to shake it down. Can't believe anyone would be so far off the mark
as to create a sim without a***pit view!
My humble opinion of course.

Joe.

Are you actually implying that Burn Out does not have an incar
view?

No in-car view, implied or otherwise.

Since it employs the same engine as X-CAR, the decision not to offer
an in-car view is astonishing - the more so given the apparent
attention to detail in everything else.

Thinking about it, drag racing was the obvious thing for Bethesda to
do - XCAR's steering was the truly awful thing about it, so some
management bright spark came up with the idea of doing the only racing
formula with no steering! Brilliant.

Cheers!
John

PS - XCAR is strangely fun I have to say, but not in the way of "I'm
going to spend hours with this". There's just far too much to hack
around with in the garage and way too little time to enjoy the
results. (IMO of course).
