Is carmageddon II any good?  I've been looking for it, cant find it.  I
know its not a real sim, but looks fun!

It's fun if you fancy squishing dogs and pedestrians onto the pavement
;-). And it didn't even do this good enough to stay on my disk for more
than a couple of testruns.

Don't bother with Carma2.  The first installment was much more fun, and its
down to around $10!  Also consider the splat pack for added squishing....
