What do you suppose Sierra/Papy are going to use for lies, err I mean
advertising hype for n4???

-------------------------------------------

"It contains all of the tracks and drivers of the 2000 Winston Cup
racing season!" (Oh wait, they already used that one for N3).

"It is the most technically advanced racing sim ever!" (Nah, used
that one on GPL. Only subscribers to R.A.S, actually believe it).

"A free pony with every purchase of Nascar 4!!!!" (Yeah, that's it.
Well, should make the top 10 list anyway.

Nothing at all here in the UK, where NASCAR has a general recognition
factor somewhere below cross-country running, billiards and table
tennis...

Dave kaemmer has stated that N4 has a dumbed down driving model than
GPL.An example he gave was that when drivng on banking and your tires
go on to level ground, your car WILL NOT be upset. He mentioned that
this will be to allow more fun while racing instead of constantly
spinning if a tire goes off.I wonder how many more dumb-downs have
been applied to the physics model to cater for a larger audience. What
I am hoping and I feel that Papyrus will give to us is a realism patch
so that it drives the way Papyurs wanted it to.

Yeah, it's really fun when some idiot tries to pass you on the apron in the
turns at Talladega when you're already running the low line.

Stated where?

I think most, if not all of your comments below are pure fiction.  To my
knowledge Kaemmer has never said that the N4 driving model was a "dumbed down"
GPL.

Technically no.  But there was some heavy debates when some press release
(or was it an interview?) stated that N4 would feature more accessible
physics on n3.discussion a while ago.  It went into the whole "apron
driving" debate.  I think it was a screenshot at full speed showing a car
with his left wheels on the apron.

affect sales.

Hey - your first troll - congrats ;)!

Personally, I'd vote for:

"N4 - now you've got the machine to handle it!"
or
"N4 - what N3 shoulda been!"

Don't be ridiculous, cross-country running is way more popular than Nascar
here in the UK. ;)
