Then if someone, to add insult to injury, nearly runs you over with a
converted JCB (them marshalls had a history too, in second free practise
they lifted a car while the driver was still getting out!!) it's easy to
lose once temper. But why flip him off? -I don't get it.

I user to like Alesi when he first came on the scene. Everyone
talked big about him. But he was a total bust as far as I am
concerned. Kind of like Ricardo Patrasse (sp?)
Eventually I realized that he wasn't that hot and other teams
apparently feel the same. Now he is a back marker on a
back marker team.
The main reason I don't like him is that he is overly agressive
(kind of like Paul Tracy) and would rather crash into you than
give up a corner. Drivers like that are total ahole's IMHO.
Just let the corner go and over take the car in the next lap
if you can :-)

What lap did Zonta go out on? I watched the replay Monday from about lap 21,
and I didn't see the incident. I heard Sam and Dave(id) <g> talking about it
Sunday when I had the race on, but didn't actually SEE Zonta's reaction... :)
