I have switched from netscape to internet explorer to try and play the
zone.  I go there and it tells me I should sign up.  So I try to and then
it just sits there when I try to submit my name and password.  The submit
button has no response

Sorry about this.

To those having trouble on the Zone, try this email address:

When I tried it provided the registration code so I typed in my member
id.  Then the software said I couldn't change the member id, so I left
it blank and hit the button, then it said I had to enter my member id.
I'm no genius but seems like a mistake.  I tried sending an email to
the person that sent me my registration code but no reply.  I presume
my account has lapsed since I couldn't reply in the 5 day limit.  Go
activex and VB controls.  I just love them.  ( just kidding if you
couldn't read the sarcasm.)

This is the problem that I got, too... However, that was when I was
using MS I.E. 3.x. As I understand it, the Zone works only with
MSIE4.0, and once I downloaded and installed that, I had no
further problems.

(well, except in actual game play where my AOL account has
such high latency as to render CART PR unplayable over the
Zone... but that, as they say, is another story...)

PS - AOL users who want to be able to play on the Zone,
please write to screen name "Steve Case" (omit the quotes,
the space is optional) and ask them to PLEASE work on this
problem... and it probably wouldn't hurt to [POLITELY] tell them
you will be connecting to the internet via alternate means if
the latency problem is not fixed...
