Don remember Atlanta?  You didn't beat me then.  How does 1640 balance the car?  Explain how it does.

I only repeated what I was told by Don in an email sent to me.  I wish you guys would use the correct term, I never said its a CHEAT, I said its CHEAP.

KK, First off its not cheap to run any weight the game allows you to. I think its matter of fact smart to
try and balance your car.  For you to call anyone thats its cheap to run a legal weight is BS..
ill change all my setups to 1950 Forward weight so you can get around me.. lol

If I can find the replay I will show you, you will need 2002 installed though.

Sorry, I don't see flipping a car as having more grip. But then again you may not be explaining
it correctly. If the grip was stronger I suppose he could roll the car over in the turn but it would
still need to hit a curb or another car. If the grip is increased the drag co-efficient would also
probably go up thus negating the increased traction. Now if you are telling me that Don has the
ability to unpack encrypted files alter the needed values, balance off the checksums that would be
affected, re-encrypt and repack the files you must know him better than I.
Yes more grip could be an advantage but many other factors need to be taken into account.
I'm sorry but this hacking or cheating would be very sophisticated and I don't know many that would
  be capable of accomplishing it.
I think you are reaching for straws. I'm not saying it couldn't be done but to accuse Don is really
  a stretch.
I may be a ding dong but your theories are wing ding.

      Pete

LOL Man you read too into things.  You believe this game actually affects my life, you must be spying on me or something.  I play this game to have fun, when people manipulate it to something else, that's when I get upset.  Makes sense?  As far as the flips, you obviously don't get it.  If he flipped what does that suggest?  More grip ding dong.  Tell me having more grip isn't an advantage.

Last year I was in a league race ( Nascar 2002) and flipped my car. i think it was only a once roll over. After that flip I was alot faster than before it. Why? The roof was lowered in the roll over. i had a lot less drag and the car ran like a charm. The damage modeling leaves a lot to be desired. The track was loudon. Wish I had the replay.

Kevin, some controllers have very little pedal movement and there isn't
much of a margin of error. Some of the expensive wheels have 3 or 4 times
the pedal throw of the cheaper wheels.
Its easier to be more precise with a TSW or ECCI. I'm not sure of BRD or
some of the other Euro brands and the pedals by the individual in NZ as they
also look pretty good. But the majority don't have those pedals.

Not sure what you mean here.  Different controllers have different responses.
Just like some people need a higher steering ratio than others(because of
amount of travel), the same probably happens with the throttle.
