I tried that: I copied Talladega
track files to icr/tracks/taladega directory, edited taladega.txt to
suit ICR needs (based on michigan.txt on entries that were missing).

Result: No track picture when selecting tracks and message "can't load
track" when I tried to load it.

It's low res and I can't get it to take my sound card.  Also you can
only run a couple laps at a time and can't do any of the setup stuff.
I realize the game itself will be nice, but the demo isn't that
impressive.
