Could everyone that owns an Act Labs RS USB wheel and pedals please post the
settings they use in NR2002 ?I'm trying to get the right feel for it but
just haven't found it yet.

There's not any for N2002 but some for N4 might work. Look at

Act Labs RS Wheel settings

I have used the Act labs Rs for about a year and found that i have to customize
the setting for almost every track.

In windows control panel, overall gain 100%, spring gain 0%, damper gain 40%,
default gain 13%, always on (not checked), split axis gas pedal and brake
pedal.

In game, Daytona and Talladega, ff off, linearity 40% with steering assist on.
At Chicago, 16% strength, 10% dampening, 15 ms latency, and 58% linearity.  For
Kansas, ff off, 0 damping, 0 latency, 60% linearity. for California, 32%
strength, 40% dampening, 45 ms latency, and 60% linearity.
